Qualifications

• JD required, bar admission in at least one U.S. state, 3+ years in commercial/tech transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial/tech agreements (SaaS, licensing, data privacy, AI).
• Collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams to manage risk and develop templates.
