The PeopleSoft Project Manager will lead a 12-month discovery and documentation project for USHMM’s PeopleSoft 9.2 environment. This role drives backlog prioritization, stakeholder engagement, sprint-based delivery, and roadmap development, ensuring compliance with federal and dual FASAB/FASB standards. The PM manages a lean team to deliver high-priority outputs and strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project kickoff, aligning with USHMM on priorities for configurations, workflows, and reports.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews across financial and procurement domains.
- Facilitate sprint planning, Kanban management, and reviews, delivering documentation in iterative cycles.
- Manage pain point register, coordinating root cause analysis.
- Develop future-state roadmap, evaluating stabilization and modernization options.
- Escalate scope changes or resource constraints to USHMM.
- Ensure documentation consistency and delivery in USHMM’s repository.
Qualifications:
- 7-8 years of ERP project management experience, preferably with PeopleSoft FSCM.
- Proven leadership in federal financial ERP discovery or documentation projects.
- Knowledge of dual FASAB/FASB compliance and federal financial systems.
- Experience with Agile delivery using Jira, Azure, or SharePoint.
- Strong facilitation and technical writing skills.
- PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification a Plus.
Location: Remote, with possible funded travel to DC offices during key milestones.
Type: Part-time (50%) Remote.
Period of Performance: 12 months (Jul 2025 - Jul 2026) with four additional option years.
