YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney to support a confidential AI project. This remote, US-based contractor role focuses on reviewing commercial agreements, performing redlines, and providing legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.

You will draft explanations for revisions, apply technology transactions expertise, and ensure high-quality writing while collaborating with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission required.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience.
• Experience with technology transactions and contract drafting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
