Job summary

SavATree is hiring a Commercial Administrative Specialist to support our National Commercial Accounts team remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will work closely with Commercial Arborists and National Account Managers to handle day-to-day tasks, proposals, and invoicing to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication over phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Support Arborists and National Account Managers day to day; monitor shared commercial inboxes (24–48 hour response).
• Draft and format proposals and formal client documentation; generate and process incoming leads.
