Job summary

Kuhn Raslavich, P.A., a civil litigation firm, is seeking a mid- to senior-level attorney with first-party property litigation experience in Colorado to handle cases for property owners and contractors. Remote in Colorado and responsible for motions, depositions, mediations, and trials, including federal cases.

Ideal candidates will be active Colorado Bar members with at least two years of property insurance litigation, strong research and writing abilities, and trial experience.

Qualifications

• Active member of the Colorado Bar.
• At least two (2) years of property insurance litigation experience.
• Experience drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions.
• Excellent research and writing abilities.
• Deposition, mediation, and trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend mediations and conduct trials as needed.
• Participate in firm-sponsored marketing events.
