You will manage insurance defense matters from inception to resolution, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, take and defend depositions, and provide case analyses and client reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Colorado Bar license and has recent insurance defense experience, with exposure to construction defect, toxic torts, premises liability, trucking, medical malpractice, or

Qualifications

• CO Bar licensed attorney with recent insurance defense experience.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and related litigation documents.
• Ability to evaluate liability and damages exposure and report to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
• Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
