AiGoLearning is seeking thoughtful, dependable mentors who can build ongoing relationships with young students and guide them academically, personally and toward future goals. The role blends teaching, tutoring, goal setting, and long-term planning within a remote, part-time arrangement.

You will help students absorb material, develop study habits, and explore interests while supporting college readiness through the CEP approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring and working with students.
• Ability to listen carefully, build trust and explain ideas with clarity.
• Reliability and interest in supporting a student over time.
• Organization and the ability to help students turn goals into actions.

Responsibilities

• Build ongoing mentoring relationships with individual students.
• Help students set realistic goals and map next steps with regular check-ins.
• Support study habits, time management, and academic confidence.
• Assist with college planning where applicable, including CEP-related activities.
