Job summary

Crimson Education's AdmitYogi team seeks college admissions mentors to work one-on-one with high school students (grades 8–12). You’ll support students through profile building and application planning, guiding academics, testing, and essays, with regular touchpoints.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, the chance to help students navigate a stressful admissions process, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current or incoming student at a Top 10 US university with first-hand knowledge of the admissions process.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to guide students through essays and activities lists.
• Fast, reliable feedback within 24–48 hours and consistent support.
• Comfortable building rapport with younger students and families over video calls.

Responsibilities

• Profile building support: guide students through academics, testing, majors, and extracurriculars with a personalised roadmap and regular check-ins.
• Application support: review and provide feedback on personal statements, essays, activities lists, and recommendation memos, mostly asynchronously on AdmitYogi platform.
