InGenius Prep seeks thoughtful, driven mentors to guide students through the U.S. college and graduate admissions process. This highly relationship-driven role focuses on long-term development, strategic guidance, and meaningful mentorship rather than only application review.

You will support students in exploring interests, strengthening profiles, and preparing competitive applications for top programs, with remote work and a flexible schedule enabling a personalized mentoring approach.

Qualifikationen

• Exceptional writer with strong communication skills.
• Experience in education, admissions, academic advising, tutoring or consulting is valued.
• Organized, empathetic, able to build trust with students and families.

Aufgaben

• Build meaningful 1-on-1 relationships with students over months or years.
• Guide students through college and graduate application strategy.
• Help students strengthen extracurricular, academic, and personal profiles.
• Edit essays and provide feedback to nurture authentic voice and independent writing.
• Brainstorm experiences aligned with students’ goals.
• Meet remotely with students and families.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior team members to support student success.
• Manage a flexible caseload based on availability and interests.
