Job summary

Jobgether is hiring a College Admissions Counselor to guide students and families through the U.S. college admissions journey. You will manage your own caseload, developing personalized academic strategies and advising on university lists and majors, with a focus on UC/CSU and selective institutions.

This fully remote, full-time role supports PIQ coaching, application essays, and ongoing progress updates. You will work with parents, provide clear guidance, and maintain accountability through

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in college admissions counseling or related field.
• Ability to guide students end-to-end through U.S. college admissions.
• Strong knowledge of UC/CSU admissions processes and requirements.
• Experience coaching UC PIQs and crafting strong application positioning.
• Proven ability to communicate with families and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of students through planning to final submission.
• Develop tailored academic and extracurricular plans.
• Advise on university lists and major selection focusing on UC/CSU.
• Design UC/CSU and selective U.S. universities application strategies.
• Guide PIQs, Common App, personal statements and supplements.
• Conduct coaching sessions and monitor progress with families.
