Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage an account portfolio, contact clients for past due payments, and resolve billing issues. The role emphasizes strong customer service, data integrity, and collaboration with the collections team.

The position is a 1st shift, primarily remote but local to Barberton, OH with onsite training. Ideal candidates have AR/collections exposure and familiarity with accounting processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Collections/Accounts Receivable experience or customer service experience.
• Computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accounts within assigned portfolio (large accounts).
• Contact clients for payment of past due invoices.
• Provide information and/or documentation to internal and external clients.
• Coordinate with Collections Manager and Operations Designees to resolve client issues.
• Maintain current account notes in collections software; provide updates to relevant teams.
