Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Collections Specialist for our Barberton, OH area. The role primarily supports remote work but requires local presence for onsite training and occasional meetings.

The position involves contacting clients for past due payments, reviewing accounts, and resolving payment conflicts. You will handle accounts receivable tasks, communicate with clients and internal teams, and maintain accurate notes in our collections system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of Collections/ Accounts Receivable experience or customer service experience
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of collections policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accounts within assigned portfolio (large accounts).
• Contact clients for payment of past due invoices.
• Provide information and/or documentation to both internal and external clients.
• Interact with Collections Manager and Operations to resolve client issues.
• Maintain current and accurate account notes in collections software.
• Provide updates on accounts to Management as needed.
