Job summary

State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking Remote Collection Specialists (Account Resolution Representatives) to join our fast-growing team.

You will make outbound and take inbound calls to collect payments for medical and non-medical accounts, while upholding FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and other laws. This remote position is based in the United States, with scheduling that may include evenings and Saturdays and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in collections, call center or customer service.
• Ability to enter/update data accurately in company systems.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities
