Job summary

MyRemota is seeking a proactive Remote Collections & Follow-Up Representative to manage outstanding payment follow-ups and communicate with banks for updates. The role requires strong English communication, a professional phone manner, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have experience in customer service or collections, a proven track record with outbound calls, and excellent follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone manner.
• Experience in customer service, sales, collections, or similar roles preferred.
• Experienced in making frequent outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Call banks to request updates and resolve pending items.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and banks.
• Track outstanding payments and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and communications.
• Communicate professionally with customers and bank representatives.
• Take initiative to resolve delays and ensure timely attention.
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
