Job summary

Legion Health, Inc. seeks clinically excellent psychiatrists to collaborate with and supervise PMHNPs via secure telehealth. This nationwide, remote, part-time contractor role combines clinical responsibility with modern clinical infrastructure and monthly compensation.

You will provide guidance, chart reviews, and independent prescribing decisions where allowed, ensuring high-quality care across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMHNPs treating low- to medium-acuity patients with evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct chart reviews and provide timely guidance on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances where permitted.
• Be available during agreed hours and after shifts as required by state rules.
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce Legion’s standards and responsible-prescribing protocols.
• Help Legion expand access to high-quality psychiatric care nationwide.
