Lavender, the largest nurse-owned online psychiatry and therapy practice in the U.S., seeks a non-clinical Exclusive Collaborating Psychiatrist licensed in all 50 states to provide oversight, chart reviews, and regulatory guidance for our NP team. This fully remote, 1099 role does not include direct patient care.

You'll sign state collaboration docs, perform quarterly NP chart reviews, deliver CE sessions, and maintain compliance while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive compensation

Competenze

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in all 50 states.
• Experience collaborating with NPs preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve exclusively as a Collaborating Physician for Lavender across all U.S. states.
• Sign required state-specific collaboration documents for onboarding Nurse Practitioners.
• Complete one quarterly chart review per NP (volume varies).
• Deliver at least one virtual continuing education session annually.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain documentation standards.
