This is a pure, remote, phone-first role with metrics-driven expectations during US business hours. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where resilience and professional communication drive deal flow and success.

Qualifications

• Prior cold calling experience with a track record of booking meetings or qualified conversations from cold outreach.
• Confident, clear, and professional phone presence engaging business owners or executives from a cold call.
• Comfortable with high rejection rates and able to reset quickly between calls.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners and leaders across target verticals daily.
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and log all activity in the CRM after every interaction.
• Book qualified meetings for the deal team with context and notes.
• Follow up on warm contacts and callbacks consistently.
