Noble is seeking a remote Cognitive Behavioral Coach to work with clients, delivering coaching calls and written support throughout the week. The role emphasizes empathy, client-centered planning, and collaboration with the clinical coaching team.

Ideal candidates have NBHWC certification, a college degree or professional certification, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus; this is a fully remote, flexible opportunity.

Qualifications

• NBHWC certification is required.
• College degree or professional certification is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus; English skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Cognitive Behavioral Coaching calls with assigned clients and messaging as needed.
• Review client work and goals before calls.
• Review assessment scores with clients when applicable.
• Encourage client engagement with the program.
• Work within allotted time budgets; attend weekly meetings.
