Noble is seeking a remote Cognitive Behavioral Coach to engage with clients and guide them through CBT-based strategies. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, frequent client contact, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include NBHWC certification, a college degree or professional certification, and strong English skills (Spanish a plus). The position offers PTO, health benefits, and a flexible remote schedule.

Qualifications

• NBHWC certification required.
• College degree or professional certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Availability Monday - Friday; weekends off.
• Part time availability (25 hours/week) or full time (35-40 hours/week); full time preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Cognitive Behavioral Coaching calls with assigned clients, as well as messaging clients as needed throughout the week.
• Reviewing client work and goals prior to calls.
• Reviewing assessment scores with clients, if applicable and relevant.
• Encouraging clients to stay engaged with the program.
• Working within an allotted time budget.
• Participating in paid trainings regularly, to stay up-to-date on clinical content that can be shared with clients.
• Fully remote position.
