Job summary

Noble is hiring a remote Cognitive Behavioral Coach to work with clients across the program. The role emphasizes empathetic coaching, daily client interaction, and adherence to a cognitive-behavioral framework. Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities include coaching calls, reviewing client goals, and maintaining engagement, with training provided and a fully remote setup. Flexible hours include part-time (25h/week) or full-time (35–40h/week).

Qualifications

• NBHWC certification required.
• College degree or professional certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Professional fluency in Spanish required.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Availability Monday - Friday; no weekends.
• Part time availability (25 hours/week) or full time availability (35-40 hours/week).

• Conduct Cognitive Behavioral Coaching calls with assigned clients.
• Reviewing client work and goals prior to calls.
• Reviewing assessment scores with clients, if applicable and relevant.
• Encouraging clients to stay engaged with the program.
• Working within an allotted time budget.
• Participating in paid trainings regularly, to stay up-to-date on clinical content.
• Attending weekly meetings as needed.
• Fully remote position.

Noble is looking for an empathetic, highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for mental health to serve as a remote Cognitive Behavioral Coach on our team. Our ideal candidate for this role is filled up by getting to talk to people all day (extroverts, we are talking to you!), cares deeply about helping people find solutions and healing, and is looking to make an impact. While only strong English skills are required, fluency in Spanish is a big plus!

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Cognitive Behavioral Coaching calls with assigned clients, as well as messaging clients as needed throughout the week.
• Reviewing client work and goals prior to calls.
• Reviewing assessment scores with clients, if applicable and relevant.
• Encouraging clients to stay engaged with the program.
• Working within an allotted time budget.
• Participating in paid trainings regularly, to stay up-to-date on clinical content that can be shared with clients.
• Attending weekly meetings as needed.
• Fully remote position.

Responsibilities from a Clinical Standpoint:

• Ensure all content sent to clients is from the approved list of resources, or approved by the Chief Clinical Coaching Officer.
• Elicit feedback and summaries throughout the session and at the end of the session.
• Understand the client through the lens of the cognitive model.
• Establish interpersonal effectiveness and rapport.
• Demonstrate collaboration throughout.
• Pace the work effectively.
• Use the basic principles of guided discovery.
• Identify and address the key cognitions and behaviors.
• Formulate and deliver a coherent and promising Cognitive Behavioral Coaching change strategy.
• Apply the techniques in a reasonable way.
• Define and discuss relevant homework.
