Emplify Health by Bellin is hiring a Coding Integrity Specialist to support coding quality, compliance and education across the organization. The role emphasizes auditing, reporting, and collaboration with coding, clinical, and revenue cycle teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of coding experience with ICD-10, PCS, CPT and HCPCS coding.
• Experience conducting coding audits and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Experience in training and education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coding audits to ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer requirements, and regulatory standards
• Provide education and feedback to coding staff and leadership based on audit findings
• Monitor documentation and coding practices to identify improvement opportunities for providers and coders
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Coding leadership, and Clinical Documentation teams on process improvements and regulatory updates
• Manage multiple audit projects, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives
