Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Coding Supervisor to enhance coding accuracy and clinical documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and must hold a CPC or CCA certification. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits, creating reports, and collaborating with providers. This position is remote with some travel requirements. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential. Preferred background includes experience in an FQHC setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Completion of an accredited or approved coding program.
• CPC or CCA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address coding/documentation improvement opportunities.
• Conduct internal quality reviews and track findings.
• Create monthly specialty-specific reports.

Skills

EMR experience (Epic preferred)

Multi-specialty coding experience

Microsoft Office suite proficiency

Excellent communication skills

Ability to analyze data

Education
