Job summary

Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), seeks a Coding Auditor/Educator - Multi-specialty to ensure quality coding across evaluations and procedures through audits and education.

The role is 100% remote, with core hours 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM CT, and focuses on training remote and on-site staff, QA reviews, and curriculum development to support providers and coding teams across divisions.

Qualifications

• CPMA Certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Coding Certification (CPC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT or RHIA) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' medical coding experience or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and payer guidelines.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and disease processes.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop remote and on-site coding staff.
• Perform quality assurance reviews for training effectiveness.
• Lead training sessions and develop curricula.
• Audit coders/providers for ICD-10, CPT-4, HCPCS accuracy.
• Document audit findings and communicate updates to teams.
• Research coding questions and advise staff and leadership.
• Stay current with CMS/AMA payer updates and policy changes.
