Job summary

Texas Oncology, part of The US Oncology Network, seeks a Coding Audit Supervisor to lead the coding audit team, ensure quality, and drive timely deliverables from our Central Business Office in Richardson. This full-time remote role follows a standard M-F 8am-5pm schedule.

You will mentor auditors, monitor accuracy and throughput, and collaborate with coding leadership to address risk, improve processes, and uphold compliance with CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPC, CCS-P, or CPMA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Professional coding audit experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned coding auditors and manages daily audit operations.
• Monitors audit productivity, timeliness, quality and documentation standards.
• Reviews audit deliverables, findings, summaries and trend reports for accuracy.
• Coaches, mentors, and provides guidance on coding rules and payer requirements.
• Supports development and standardization of audit tools, templates and workflows.
• Identifies coding trends, documentation gaps and compliance risks from audits.
