Qualifications

• 5 years: COBOL coding, testing, and documentation in mainframe environments.
• 5 years: Db2 SQL development and testing.
• 5 years: JCL development, GDGs, and utilities.
• 2 years: TSO/ISPF usage with partitioned data sets.
• Data analysis using COBOL/SQL/VSAM to identify trends.
• MS Word/Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze change requests and code/test in COBOL/Db2/Mainframe environments.
• Support batch processes with Navy Personnel data from multiple sources.
• Perform data cleansing on database tables.
• Research and resolve data capture issues as needed.
• Prepare Interface Control Agreements (ICAs) and review RMF controls.
• Maintain CM baseline across configurations.
