Job summary

Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead HR staffing and classification support for the Coast Guard’s civilian workforce.

This fully remote role requires US residence and focuses on contract execution, performance oversight, and government-aligned service delivery. You will coordinate with Coast Guard representatives, manage schedules, reporting, and program metrics while maintaining strong customer relationships as key personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of progressive project leadership and management experience, or Associate degree with at least five years of progressive project leadership and management experience.
• Experience managing schedules, deliverables, performance metrics, and customer requirements.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, financial-analysis, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain available to Government representatives during required Eastern Time business hours and respond promptly to operational issues.
• Ability to successfully complete Government-required background, credentialing, and system-access processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day contract execution and ensure all services, schedules, and deliverables meet Government requirements.
• Serve as DysTech’s primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Coordinate team activities and monitor performance using schedules, benchmarks, and program metrics.
• Provide operational guidance and resolve administrative, technical, and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with the performance work statement and all applicable contract terms and conditions.
• Prepare monthly reports covering work performed, labor hours, costs, technical progress, schedule status, and program concerns.
• Monitor financial performance and provide accurate contract reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with DysTech leadership and Coast Guard stakeholders to maintain effective communication and successful service delivery.
