Robbins Research International, Inc. seeks elite Coaching Sales Representatives to market and enroll prospects into the Results Coaching Program via telephone. The role rewards high performance and offers substantial OTE with uncapped commission in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of six years in sales, a proven top-producer track record, and outstanding consultative selling and relationship-building abilities, with the energy to transform lives and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of recent sales experience.
• Proven track record as a top producer in inside sales.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle scheduled sales calls and convert them into coaching enrollments or down/ cross-sells.
• Execute outbound calls to qualify leads and sell coaching programs and other products.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals, with focus on cross-sells.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and statistics.
• Build and nurture deep, lasting relationships with customers.
• Occasionally travel to sell coaching at events.
• Undertake other duties or special projects as assigned by the Coaching Manager.
