Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager for the Phoenix, AZ area with a focus on Parkinson’s disease products.

The role targets achieving quarterly sales objectives within the assigned territory and requires effective communication of product information to physicians and customers. The candidate will implement marketing strategies, maintain call records, and ensure compliance with company policies for samples and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience; CNS experience preferred.
• 2+ years of outside Business‑to‑Business (B2B) sales experience preferred.
• Documented sales results and awards/achievements.
• Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Meets all quarterly sales objectives for Supernus products within the designated territory.
• Implements marketing and sales strategies as directed.
• Participates in off-site sales meetings and training programs.
• Maintains up-to-date call records for physicians and key customers.
• Develops and maintains a physician universe and territory management plan.
