Twoconnect is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to prepare precise CNC programs for sheet-metal fabrication using laser, punch, and press equipment. You will interpret drawings, develop CAM programs, and create nesting layouts to optimise material usage, collaborating with production and drafting teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Read and interpret drawings, design files and manufacturing requirements.
• Prepare and validate CNC programs using CAM software.
• Develop nesting layouts to maximise material utilisation.
• Pre/post-programming checks for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain material records and stock sheets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Hands-on CNC programming in sheet-metal fabrication.
• 3+ years CNC programming or machine operation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret technical drawings, design files, and manufacturing requirements.
• Prepare and validate CNC programs using CAM software such as PEP, Boost, Amada, or similar platforms.
• Develop and optimise nesting layouts to maximise material utilisation and minimise waste.
• Perform pre-programming and post-programming checks to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Prepare and maintain material records, including stock, remnants, consignment, and order sheets.
• Collaborate with production, drafting, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve programming efficiency and production processes.
• Demonstrated experience in CNC programming within sheet-metal fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
