Digitailor in Virginia Beach is seeking an experienced CNC Laser Programmer to develop and maintain machine programs for sheet metal fabrication. You will prepare cutting programs, optimize material layouts, and ensure equipment runs accurately and productively.

Collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams, you will reduce scrap, improve cycle times, and maintain documentation. The role demands strong CAD/CAM skills, GD&T knowledge, and hands-on problem solving to sustain

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of CNC programming experience.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specs.
• Experience programming CNC laser cutting machines, presses, or similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of tooling, setup, and production workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
