Job summary

New Market Trading is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to oversee all marketing across direct response acquisition and brand management. The CMO reports to the CEO, leads the marketing team, and drives marketing-sourced revenue growth, aiming to scale monthly new-client sales from roughly $500K to over $2M within six months.

The role can be fractional or full-time, with compensation ranging from $150K to $500K+ OTE and equity available for full-time engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing leadership experience.
• Experience running direct response funnels with high-ticket offers and CAC/payback responsibility.
• Brand leadership in finance/fintech or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end across channels.
• Manage funnel economics, CAC, and payback.
• Lead brand management and ensure compliant financial promotion.
• Build and coach a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate with sales and run weekly metric-driven cadence.
