Rate, a leading mortgage lender, seeks a Chief Marketing Officer to build and scale the consumer direct business and Rate App ecosystem. You will lead digital performance marketing, expand product offerings, and drive growth through paid and organic channels, partnerships, and influencer initiatives.

You will establish and guide a high‑performing marketing team and organizational structure to execute the company’s vision at scale, in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing leadership, B2C fintech or consumer‑driven industry preferred.
• Deep expertise in digital performance marketing and scaling acquisition.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and agencies in fast growth environments.
