Protingent Staffing is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer for a remote role across the group's consumer businesses. You will own growth, acquisition engines, activation and retention strategies, driving scalable revenue across brands.

Lead a performance-driven marketing organization, set budgets, oversee paid and organic channels, and collaborate with product teams to optimize onboarding and lifecycle. Remote US-based position with broad impact.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling consumer tech, fintech, or internet products.
• Direct ownership of large acquisition budgets and growth outcomes.
• Deep CAC, LTV, funnels, cohorts, retention knowledge.
• Hands-on operator with campaigns, funnels and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own customer acquisition, activation, retention, and marketing efficiency.
• Set channel strategy and budgets based on CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Build paid, organic, lifecycle, referral and brand channels.
• Collaborate with product teams on onboarding and growth loops.
• Launch new products/brands and bootstrap their growth engines.
• Develop measurement and experimentation systems for growth.
• Recruit and mentor growth and marketing leaders across the group.
