Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Computer Maintenance Management System Coordinator in Charlotte, NC, with remote work options and 40 hours per week. The role focuses on developing CMMS programs, reporting, and IT coordination across facilities. Occasional travel may be required.

The position requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, 2 years in data management and customer service, and 3 years in hospital facilities management. Strong Excel and AD skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in a data management and customer service environment.
• 3 years of related experience in a hospital facilities management environment.
• Knowledge of CMS, TJC, DNV, and NFPA regulatory codes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage CMMS programs across facilities.
• Design reports and KPIs; track CMMS implementation progress by site.
• Provide IT support and coordinate data improvements and new system enhancements.
• Coordinate CMMS and Call Center software data integration and training.
