Qualifications

• Must have National Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA) from NHA, AMT, or AAMA.
• Prior experience with the CoverMyMeds system is required.
• Must demonstrate experience in submitting prior authorizations for weight-loss medications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Complete a high volume of prior authorizations.
• Follow provider instructions and ensure compliance with HIPAA.

Skills

3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
