Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Medical Assisting skills, including vital sign collection and patient intake.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology for accurately communicating and documenting clinical information.
• Experience in scheduling, triage, and coordination of virtual visits.
• Demonstrated Patient Care skills with empathy, clear communication, and engagement for chronic conditions.
• Proficiency in managing Medical Records, data entry, and HIPAA standards.
• Certifications CMA/RMA/CCMA or equivalent and high school diploma; postsecondary training preferred.
• Comfort with digital health tools, remote monitoring devices, and telehealth platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care coordinators.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Prior experience in chronic care management.

Responsibilities
