Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic trainer to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies in the Public Safety sector. You will support ongoing training activities, tailor content to learner levels, and enhance the customer education experience for end users to system administrators.

Ideal candidates will balance initiative, instructional experience, technical background, and adaptability, delivering effective training both remotely and in person as

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 remote pilot certification preferred.
• Experience with Motorola Solutions customer software preferred.
• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• 3+ years of public safety experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with public safety products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete department reports within standards and deadlines.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders about training schedules.
• Create training documents and course material for products and services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
