Job summary

Smile Digital Health is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to design, deploy, and automate production-grade cloud services across AWS, Azure, OCI and GCP. You will work with the Cloud Architect and development teams to ensure scalable, secure infrastructure that supports our health data platform and customers worldwide.

Responsibilities include building resilient cloud environments, providing Level 3 support, guiding clients on deployment patterns, and implementing IaC with a focus on security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information technology experience with infrastructure and platform services automation.
• 4+ years of experience with containerization technologies.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, OCI or GCP.
• Cloud certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development and Architecture teams to build highly available cloud environments.
• Provide Level 3 technical support to internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Lead and educate clients on cloud deployment patterns.
• Serve as SME for infrastructure to support core product.
• Investigate and resolve customer integration issues during implementation.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Perform root cause analysis and feedback to development teams.
• Document best practices and lessons learned.
• Design, implement and maintain a secure, scalable infrastructure platform.
• Maintain and support internal tooling to improve system health and reliability.
