Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a Mid-Level Cloud Security Engineer to support the VA COSE program, focusing on incident response, PII protection, and cloud security controls across enterprise environments.

The role emphasizes applying DLP to identify exposed PII, coordinating remediation with system owners and cybersecurity teams, and documenting findings for compliance and reporting. Remote with occasional on-site support is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience with incident response and security engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud security controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity incident response focusing on PII incidents and data breaches.
• Apply DLP capabilities to identify improperly stored or transmitted PII.
• Coordinate remediation with system owners and cybersecurity teams; document findings.
