Job summary

Caylent is an AI-first cloud services company delivering modern cloud solutions. We seek a talented Project Manager to join our Cloud Project Management team, overseeing end-to-end projects in IT and cloud technologies.

You will plan, execute, and close projects while ensuring on-time delivery, scope control, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include creating detailed project plans, managing budgets, maintaining clear communication, and driving opportunities with Delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management, including client-facing roles.
• Experience in forecasting and budget management to drive revenue projections.
• Ability to use multiple PM methodologies to optimize client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies with minimal supervision.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Negotiate SOW scope and discrepancies with customers to drive prioritization decisions.
• Drive project schedule and scope while avoiding budget implications.
• Maintain PSA Health reporting, status reports, sprint reviews, risks and issues.
• Lead backlog creation with clear definitions, acceptance criteria, and estimations.
