Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher required in business-related fields.
• Strong Agile and SAFe knowledge.
• Experience with client relations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven project management and risk management skills.
• Fluent English, strong communication and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, and issue/raid logs.
• Communicates project portfolio updates regularly to all stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Identify project impediments and address them with proper escalation.
• Assess, analyze, and resolve issues, and distill complexity into clear communication.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, Clarizen, Smartsheet, and MS Office to manage initiatives.
• Coordinate planning and delivery across technology, vendor, and infrastructure teams.
• Support leaders to scope and structure new projects/programs.
• Develop project plans and timelines for cloud initiatives; coordinate resources and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively; monitor and report progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively; collaborate to align cloud projects with business objectives.
