Job summary

Caylent is an AI-first cloud services company delivering production‑grade AI across AWS and Anthropic partnerships. We hire into two specializations: Technology‑Workforce FDEs and Operational FDEs who embed in engineering, product, and business functions.

You will own assigned workstreams end‑to‑end, build in client environments, and contribute to discovery, architecture reviews, and deliverables. Up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software engineering, technical delivery, or business systems experience.
• Self-directed with assigned scope and delivery quality without daily oversight.
• Hands-on experience in LLM application development, cloud-native development, backend engineering, or business automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned workstreams end-to-end within a larger engagement.
• Build and ship in client codebases and environments.
• Contribute to discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and stakeholder interviews.
