Job summary
Ladders is seeking an Engineering Manager- Cloud Operations- FedRAMP to guide cloud operations for production and hybrid environments in a highly regulated setting. You will lead a technical team focused on reliability, incident response, automation, and infrastructure standardization while aligning with security and compliance requirements.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $166,300 – $238,300 annually.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or Master's plus 6 years.
- 2+ years leading cloud ops or DevOps teams.
- Experience in production cloud/hybrid environments and 24x7 incident response.
- Experience with automation and IaC tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 security standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Cloud Engineers and DevOps professionals.
- Oversee operations and maintenance of cloud-based and hybrid infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
- Champion automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex infrastructure problems.
