Job summary

Himalayas is seeking a Care Technical Manager to lead technical activities for Nokia Container Services in a remote capacity. The role requires deep expertise in core network tech (LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi/5G), telco cloud, CNF/VNF, and IP connectivity, with strong Linux-based cloud platforms experience (OpenStack/Kubernetes).

Candidate should communicate clearly in English, manage customer-facing support, and coordinate cross-functional escalations and projects. 24/7 on-call experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mandatory skill: NCS - Nokia Container Services Technical Skills.
• Core Network Expertise: LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi/5G, Telco/Public Cloud (CNF/VNF), IP Connectivity.
• Protocol Knowledge: TCP/IP, Routing, Security, DNS, Radius, LDAP, MAP, Diameter, Policy Control and Charging.
• Cloud Infrastructure (Telco, Distributed, Edge Clouds).
• Cloud configuration/troubleshooting on OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms (CBIS, NCS, OCP, NRHO).
• L2/L3 Networking, Routers, Switches, Firewalls.
• Servers & Storage: Airframe, HPE, Dell, EMC.
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos.
• DevOps: Ansible, GitOps, Cyber Security for NCD.
• Cloud MoO processes and Salesforce.
