Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud Migration Product Owner to guide client migrations to the cloud, align milestones, and manage backlogs in an Agile environment. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, drive sprint ceremonies, and test capabilities while collaborating with customers and leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years leading Agile teams, experience with Scrum/SAFe, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance; familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading or working with Agile teams in a technical or engineering environment.
• Experience working with Agile application development teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with tools such as GitLab or Jira.
• Experience writing and managing issues such as epics user stories or tasks, developing clear, well-formed acceptance criteria and definitions of done, and managing backlogs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe and how to apply them to application development efforts.
• Ability to lead development teams and communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
