Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud Migration Product Owner to drive client migrations and cloud modernization efforts. You will collaborate with clients to define timelines, align roadmaps, and guide Agile development across the lifecycle.

You will lead backlog refinement, establish milestones, and ensure clear acceptance criteria while working with distributed teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

4+ years leading or contributing to Agile teams in a technical environment.
Experience with Agile application development across the software lifecycle.
Experience with GitLab or Jira for backlog and task management.
Experience writing epics, user stories, tasks, and clear acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of Scrum or SAFe and applying them to development efforts.
Ability to lead development teams and communicate with customers, teams, and leadership.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Guide migration projects with clients and establish project milestones.
Support Agile development of project roadmaps and track progress with metrics.
Manage product backlogs, test capabilities, and refine definitions of done.
Lead sprint ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
