Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud Migration Product Owner in the United States to lead agile teams through complex cloud migration projects. You will partner with clients to understand missions, timelines, and requirements, shaping the migration roadmap and backlog, and guiding delivery across sprints.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years steering Agile teams, experience with Jira or GitLab, and a track record applying Scrum/SAFe to cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience leading or working with Agile teams in a technical or engineering environment.
Experience with Agile application development teams across the software development lifecycle
Experience with tools such as GitLab or Jira
Experience writing and managing epics user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done, and managing backlogs
Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe and how to apply them to application development efforts
Ability to lead development teams and communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

Guide migration of clients' systems to the cloud and align with client goals.
Collaborate with clients to understand missions and timelines and communicate progress.
Define project milestones and implement metrics to track progress.
Manage product backlogs and lead sprint ceremonies.
Test new capabilities and work with the team to deliver value.
Support Agile development of a project roadmap.
