Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or working with Agile teams in a technical or engineering environment.
• Experience with Agile application development across the software lifecycle.
• Experience with GitLab or Jira tooling and issue management.
• Knowledge of Scrum or SAFe and applying them to development efforts.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
