Job summary
Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, VA is seeking a Cloud Migration Product Owner to guide migration projects with agile teams, working closely with clients to align missions and timelines.
You will establish milestones, manage backlogs, lead sprint ceremonies, and ensure acceptance criteria are met while coordinating with stakeholders across the client and Booz Allen.
A Secret clearance is preferred; 4+ years of agile leadership; Bachelor's degree; experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading or working with Agile teams in a technical environment.
- Experience with Agile development across the software lifecycle.
- Proficiency with GitLab or Jira to manage backlogs and approvals.
- Experience writing epics, user stories, tasks and clear acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
- Ability to lead development teams and communicate with customers and leadership.
- Experience with obtaining a security clearance (Secret).
- Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
- Guide migration projects from requirements to milestones and testing.
- Collaborate with clients to understand missions and timelines.
- Set project milestones, track progress with metrics, and manage backlogs.
- Lead sprint ceremonies and maintain product backlogs.
- Work with the team to deliver cloud migration capabilities.
- Support business development and client growth through the migration effort.
