Job summary

ScriptPro’s Infrastructure Services Support Engineer leads and assists with the implementation and deployment of cloud and virtual solutions. This role requires detailed CRM documentation and participation in on-call rotations for outages. Primarily remote, with on-campus options in Mission, KS.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of server and network administration experience, strong Azure/AWS knowledge, and VMware/Nutanix expertise. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
• “3+ years of server and network administration” experience in cloud infra is expected.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure including Azure or AWS is required.
• Know-how of Azure App Service, Relay, App Service Plans and Application Insights.
• Experience configuring virtual networking (VPCs, VPNs, ASAv or equivalent).
• Proficiency with vSphere VM templating, deployment and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist the implementation and deployment of ScriptPro’s cloud and virtual solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation in a CRM system for configuration incidents.
• Participate in on-call rotation for outages or service interruptions.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
